taste and lifestyle can be satisfied. Rentals for studios,
one-and two-bedroom apartments, and duplexes start at approximately
$1000 per month. Rentals for three-and four-bedroom houses
start at approximately $2,000 per month.

2000 Median sales price for a home was $348,544. In 2001,
single family homes, 50 years or older, sold between $400,000
- $450,000. Upper end homes sold between $500,000 and $750,000.
